Meet Our  Staff

The Director manages every facet of AggieCon, leading the team to guarantee the convention operates seamlessly from beginning to end.

Public Relations officer manages everything related to guests, starting from the initial contact all the way up to all necessary arrangements for an exceptional experience at AggieCon. They also serve as the main contact to ensure guests arrive at their panels on time and receive support throughout the event.

Board Game/TTRPG/TCG Room officer manages our tabletop gaming space, from casual board games to intense D&D one-shots and TCG drafts.

Vendor Coordinator handles our marketplace of merch, art, and collectibles. They are also in charge of vendor applications, communication, and booth assignments, ensuring a smooth setup and experience for both sellers and shoppers.

Webmaster handles building and designing the website along with the cybersecurity for Aggiecon as a whole

Con Suites is our mastermind behind the schedule of events at AggieCon. From panels and screenings to contests and special events, they organize the entire weekend’s lineup and make sure everything fits together.

Assistant Vendor Coordinator helps the Vendor Coordinator with communication and booth smooth setup and helping to create a smooth experience for both sellers and shoppers.

Cosplay Contest representative helps host the cosplay competition and acts as Aggiecon's main connection to the cosplay community on campus

Security/Volunteer Lead is in charge of all AggieCon volunteers and security staffing. They recruit, organize, and schedule volunteers, ensuring every department has the help it needs. Whether it’s crowd control or helping a panel run on time, he makes makes sure everyone’s in the right place at the right time.
