October 25th: Application closes, waitlist opens

December 1st: Final payment due

December 20th: Last day to drop, Payments will be 75% refunded if dropped before this date. Cancelations after this date will not receive a refund.

January 31-Feb 2nd: AggieCon 54! Set up on Friday.

AggieCon reserves the right to move your booth between Dealer's room and Artist's Alley.
